Hear From Some of Our Residents

Kay Gilbert and her husband, John, moved to The Woodlands in March 2022, moving from Fairfax Station, VA where they had lived for 40 years. This “Our Story” series is an opportunity to learn about the fascinating lives of The Woodlands residents.

Whether you already live here or are considering joining our “family” as a new resident, we hope you enjoy these and future stories as much as Kay enjoys writing them.

With his trusty axe and (not-so-wooden) teeth in hand, he brought the “Father of our Country” to life 🇺🇸
