Start the new year on a refreshing note at The Woodlands Retirement Community! Dive into our heated indoor pool for aquatics classes designed to keep you active and healthy. 🏊♀️
Each week, our expert instructors offer a variety of water aerobic exercises, targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. The first week of the month focuses on the basics, with each week building in intensity to challenge and strengthen you!
Classes are held Monday to Thursday at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, and Fridays at 11:30 AM.
