Aquatics Fitness Program
The Woodlands welcomes individuals residing outside of our community to participate in our Aquatic Fitn
ess Program.
All classes are held in our indoor, heated, saltwater pool with two different class types to choose from:
- EZ Aqua: Sixty-minute warm water gentle movements led by a certified instructor. Exercises will increase flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and range of motion.
- Aqua Fit: Tone major muscle groups, burn calories, increase flexibility. This 60-minute class will include a warm-up, cardio and toning segments and cool-down/stretching. All exercises are conducted using upbeat music for motivation.
