Make a Splash All Year Long
Feel energized with a variety of aquatic exercise classes led by our experienced, on-site instructors on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition to classes, all of our residents are encouraged to attend open swim hours. Our beautiful, salt water indoor pool is available for all to enjoy and is heated at a comfortable 90 degrees all year long. For your peace of mind, a dedicated lifeguard is on duty during specific times throughout the day.
Get in Shape, In-studio
Offered Monday – Friday, our wide variety of in-studio classes, led by expert instructors, offer fun and welcoming ways for to everyone to enhance their health and feel their best. If you prefer to work out on our your own, access to our fully-equipped fitness center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Walk this Way
For many active adults, walking is their exercise of choice. The Woodlands has some wonderful walking groups that allow you to get outdoors and get active. Enjoy meeting up with neighbors as you enjoy our scenic, neighborhood pond walks, or explore the surrounding area with the group on our off-site walks.
