Aquatic Fitness Programs

Heated pool with many benefits.

Discover a new way to exercise in our 90-degree heated, indoor, salt-water pool. Choose between Aquatic Fall Prevention and Balance classes that focus on improved core strength, flexibility and range of motion and Aquatic Fitness classes which build on the components of the Fall Prevention class with the addition of more vigorous cardio exercises.

Classes are structured into 8-week session, with make-up classes available at the end of each session. Offered daily, Monday – Friday year-round, all classes are taught by our team of certified aquatic fitness instructors. For the current month’s schedule of classes please click below.

The Woodlands provides men’s and women’s locker rooms with lockers and a shower, participants provide their own swimming suit and pool towel.

The Woodlands welcomes individuals from the surrounding areas to join us for class and experience the many benefits of aquatic exercise. In addition to the classes offered use of the pool during “open swim” may also be arranged for a fee.
